A new toys and gifts business has opened in Middlesbrough town centre thanks to a bequest from the owner’s late father. Rebecca Wood’s dad left her enough money to quit her job and start Rebecca’s Toys, Gifts and More in Dundas Indoor Market, selling a range of toys and gifts for children of all ages.

Dundas Indoor Market café Jean’s Kitchen has launched a new vegan menu in association with the market’s vegan business The Little Vegan Market. Vegan cooked breakfasts, vegan cheeseburgers, soya mince chilli and chickpea curry will be on the menu at Jean’s Kitchen throughout October, as the café responds to more requests from shoppers for alternatives to their traditional menu.
